Welcome to our class page!
Week of September 22-26, 2014
Parent-Teacher Conference wrap up this week. I have enjoyed sharing your child's progress with you! I am so proud of the learning that is going on in our SUPER class!
We are only 1 week away from our first nine weeks benchmark tests. Students will take the ELA Benchmark on Tuesday, September 30th and the Math Benchmark test on Wednesday, October 1st. Please try not to schedule appointments in the morning on these days!
We will spend this week reviewing and preparing for our upcoming Benchmark tests. There is no homework packet, spelling test, or vocabulary quiz this week. (I can hear you crying!!) Students WILL need to study each night for our Unit 2 Social Studies test and specific ELA and Math skills to review. Students are also encouraged to use Study Island to review ELA and Math skills. We will complete a practice ELA and Math benchmark test in class this week. It will be graded, discussed, and corrected in class, then sent home for you to review with your child. Let us know if you have any questions regarding benchmark testing.
